The Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" generally costs significantly less and offers ample screen size, suitable for everyday tasks and moderate multitasking with its AMD processor and integrated graphics, suitable for casual gaming or less intense graphics work. However, it's heavier and slightly bulkier than the Razer Book 13, with a shorter battery life, meaning it's less portable and may not last as long on a charge. The Razer Book 13, while more expensive, provides superior portability, a higher resolution in a smaller screen with a taller aspect ratio, and generally better build quality and performance, especially in tasks that can utilize its higher RAM. It's also equipped with a rich array of ports including Thunderbolt 4, making it more future-proof and versatile for connectivity. Choose the Lenovo for budget-friendly, general use, and the Razer if you need better performance, portability, and premium features. Give Feedback

The Razer Book 13 has a better screen than the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
For general use, the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" offers adequate clarity and brightness, but the Razer Book 13's higher resolution and premium panel provide crisper images and better visibility. In engineering and design tasks, the Razer excels by displaying a wider range of colors more accurately, vital for detailed work, but the Lenovo falls short on color fidelity. Despite their good resolutions and panel types, neither laptop is optimal for 3D applications due to their lower refresh rates, which can't smoothly render fast-moving images.

The Razer Book 13 and Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" are both only fair for gaming and AI.

How the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" and the Razer Book 13 compare to other laptops
"The Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" is affordable and pretty efficient. At the end of the day, the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 (15″, 2023) is one of the better affordable laptops money can buy right now. It has a decent performance, albeit coming from a CPU that is based on old architecture. Playing low-intensity games is possible but at low to medium settings. We are really happy with the cooling setup, but the main event here is the battery life. We got 9 hours of either Web browsing or video playback, which is a great result. Especially if you compare this device with the ASUS E410."
"The Razer Book is like an XPS 13, but faster. The Book 13 combines the design philosophy and performance of a Blade Stealth with the 16:10 display of a Dell XPS 13 for an impressive piece of hardware. Office users who want something more stylish than the typical Dell, HP or Lenovo will certainly find themselves drawn to this Razer subnotebook. If your priorities are to have the best-looking and fastest 13-inch laptop in the office over auxiliary features, however, then the Book 13 proudly fulfills that niche."
