If you need more storage and a stronger graphics card for gaming or 3D rendering, the Dell G15 5520 is the better option. However, it has shorter battery life and is heavier which makes it less portable. On the other hand, the Lenovo IdeaPad 5 Pro is lighter with a longer battery life, making it more portable and better for longer use away from a power source. It also has a higher resolution display, which is better for tasks that benefit from finer details like photo editing. Keep in mind the Lenovo has less storage and a slightly less powerful graphics card, which may limit performance in gaming or high-end graphics tasks. Give Feedback

How the Dell G15 5520 and the Lenovo IdeaPad 5 Pro compare to other laptops
Olivier Martin, Ryan Lim, and John Peroramas | April 2023
"The Dell G15 (2022) is a 15.6-inch budget gaming laptop, and is great for gaming. You can configure the laptop with powerful Intel 12th Gen. CPUs and various NVIDIA dedicated GPUs, all of which deliver a smooth gaming experience at 1080p. There's also a QHD 240Hz display option if you want better visuals, though you'll have to pair it with the top-end NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti to get good frame rates. It doesn't get overly hot or loud under load, and there's no noticeable throttling on the CPU or GPU. Unfortunately, the 120Hz panel has a slow response time, causing noticeable ghosting, and it doesn't support variable refresh rate."
"The Lenovo IdeaPad 5 Pro turns out a successful all-rounder that, aside from 3D applications, always strikes a good or very good figure. This begins with the elegant metal case that isn't particularly light but fairly robust, giving a high-quality impression. The input devices are also better than those of many competitors. Both the keyboard and the touchpad are attractive and comfortable. In addition, the performance of the Ryzen 5 6600HS is easily able to keep up with the Intel competitors."
