The ASUS Vivobook S 16 OLED offers a vibrant OLED display with a higher resolution and better color accuracy, making it ideal for creative work and entertainment. It also provides superior performance for engineering tasks with its Intel Core Ultra 7 processor and dedicated Intel Arc graphics. The laptop is sleek and has a number pad, but it's slightly heavier and pricier than the Lenovo.
In contrast, the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" is more budget-friendly and lightweight, making it a good choice for general use and portability. Its AMD Ryzen 7 processor and integrated Vega 8 graphics are sufficient for everyday tasks, and it includes a touchscreen, which the ASUS lacks. However, it falls short in terms of performance for intensive tasks like gaming or 3D rendering compared to the ASUS.
If you prioritize a superior display, better performance for specialized tasks, and a premium design, the ASUS Vivobook S 16 OLED is the way to go, despite its higher price and weight. For everyday use and a more budget-conscious option, the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" is a solid choice, offering decent performance and a touchscreen within a lighter frame. Give Feedback

How the ASUS Vivobook S 16 OLED and the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" compare to other laptops
"The Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" is affordable and pretty efficient. At the end of the day, the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 (15″, 2023) is one of the better affordable laptops money can buy right now. It has a decent performance, albeit coming from a CPU that is based on old architecture. Playing low-intensity games is possible but at low to medium settings. We are really happy with the cooling setup, but the main event here is the battery life. We got 9 hours of either Web browsing or video playback, which is a great result. Especially if you compare this device with the ASUS E410."
