If portability is a priority and you also need high-resolution touch display for productivity tasks, the Razer Book 13 is more suitable as it's lighter and more compact, offers longer battery life, and its screen supports touch input. However, if you're looking for a laptop that can handle more demanding tasks like gaming or 3D applications, the ASUS TUF Gaming F17 with its dedicated graphics card would be the better option. The tradeoff with the ASUS is that it'll be bulkier and heavier than the Razer, and has a shorter battery life. The ASUS also tends to be a bit less expensive than the Razer. Give Feedback

How the ASUS TUF Gaming F17 and the Razer Book 13 compare to other laptops
"One of the Asus TUF Gaming F17’s highlights is without a doubt its excellent gaming performance. The fact that Asus configured the RTX 3060 GPU for its specified maximum of 140 W is became immediately noticeable in our benchmarks. For a 17-inch notebook the F17 also offers a very long battery life, which makes it somewhat portable. On the flip side is the display. It may be saved by its good overall contrast ratio, but its overall brightness is simply too low, and its response times are too slow for a gaming device. The F17’s successor needs to improve upon this."
"The Razer Book is like an XPS 13, but faster. The Book 13 combines the design philosophy and performance of a Blade Stealth with the 16:10 display of a Dell XPS 13 for an impressive piece of hardware. Office users who want something more stylish than the typical Dell, HP or Lenovo will certainly find themselves drawn to this Razer subnotebook. If your priorities are to have the best-looking and fastest 13-inch laptop in the office over auxiliary features, however, then the Book 13 proudly fulfills that niche."
