The ASUS TUF Gaming F15, with its Intel i7 processor and Nvidia RTX 4070 graphics, offers superior performance for 3D rendering, machine learning, and gaming, but it's heavier and has a shorter battery life, which makes it less portable. On the other hand, the LG Ultra 16, while less powerful with its AMD Ryzen 7 integrated graphics, is lighter with a longer battery life, making it more suitable for general use and portability, and it also has a higher resolution screen with a 16:10 aspect ratio that can be better for productivity tasks. Choose the ASUS for performance-heavy tasks and gaming, or the LG for greater portability and everyday use. Give Feedback

The ASUS TUF Gaming F15 has a better screen than the LG Ultra 16 for general use, gaming and AI, and engineering and design, while the LG Ultra 16 has a better screen for content creation.
When considering general use, the ASUS TUF Gaming F15 offers a high-resolution display with good brightness and a suitable panel type that provides clear and vibrant images. For engineering and design tasks, while it has an adequate resolution, it falls short in color reproduction, lacking extensive coverage of professional color gamuts such as DCI-P3 and Adobe RGB. Regarding 3D and gaming, despite having a satisfactory resolution and panel type for detailed images, the ASUS's lower refresh rate may lead to less smooth visuals, which is a significant drawback for fast-paced activities where fluid motion is crucial.

How the ASUS TUF Gaming F15 and the LG Ultra 16 compare to other laptops
"Aside from all the chassis updates, the new TUF Gaming is most notable for its much higher TGP target of 140 W compared to only 95 W on the previous generation. PC makers everywhere are using the same GeForce GPUs this year since Nvidia has yet to launch the successor to the mobile RTX 3000 series. The more demanding processors of the new TUF Gaming has directly impacted battery life and the size of the AC adapter. Don't expect runtimes to be longer than on the previous generation under most conditions and be prepared to carry around an even larger AC adapter than before."
"Unlike the gram, the Ultra PC isn't designed to be as lightweight as possible. The 16-inch laptop is a whole 400 g (0.88 lb) heavier than its 16-inch gram counterpart partly because its chassis is not made of magnesium. Other than that, the Ultra PC seems like a copy of the gram – but with longer battery life, lower noise levels, and a clean, delicate look."
