If you need more power for gaming or 3D work, the ASUS TUF Gaming F15 with its dedicated Nvidia graphics is the better choice. The ZenBook Pro 14 Duo is lighter and boasts longer battery life, making it ideal for portability and productivity on the go, especially with its unique dual-screen feature that's excellent for multitasking. The ZenBook's OLED display also provides superior color accuracy and contrast for creative work. However, the TUF offers more raw performance for intensive engineering and gaming tasks, although this comes at the cost of higher weight and reduced battery life compared to the ZenBook. The ASUS ZenBook Pro 14 Duo is very good for general use, while the ASUS TUF Gaming F15 is good.
The ASUS ZenBook Pro 14 Duo offers superior general use capabilities with its high-resolution OLED touchscreen, lighter weight for enhanced portability, and longer battery life, alongside a more vivid screen and double the RAM of the ASUS TUF Gaming F15, making it more responsive for multitasking. While the TUF Gaming F15 also has a competent CPU and ample RAM for general tasks, its heavier build, and lower screen resolution and quality make it less ideal for those prioritizing display sharpness and portability.

The ASUS TUF Gaming F15 is very good for gaming and AI, while the ASUS ZenBook Pro 14 Duo is only fair.
The ASUS TUF Gaming F15, with a higher refresh rate and a powerful Nvidia RTX 4070 GPU, is designed for a smoother gaming experience which is crucial in fast-paced games. In contrast, the ASUS ZenBook Pro 14 Duo offers a quality OLED display and a capable but less powerful integrated GPU, making it suitable for games that benefit more from screen vibrancy and color accuracy rather than sheer performance.

The ASUS Zenbook Pro 14 Duo has a better screen than the ASUS TUF Gaming F15 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
For general use, the ASUS ZenBook Pro 14 Duo's superior resolution and brightness make for a vivid and clear display, while the ASUS TUF Gaming F15, although adequate, doesn't shine as bright or display as sharp. When it comes to engineering and design, the ZenBook Pro offers a wider color range, capturing more DCI-P3 and Adobe RGB spectrums, which is essential for color-critical work, unlike the TUF Gaming F15. However, for gaming and 3D applications where motion clarity is crucial, the TUF Gaming F15 falls short with its lower refresh rate, whereas the ZenBook also fails to excel in this area, despite its better resolution and panel type.

How the ASUS TUF Gaming F15 and the ASUS ZenBook Pro 14 Duo compare to other laptops
"Aside from all the chassis updates, the new TUF Gaming is most notable for its much higher TGP target of 140 W compared to only 95 W on the previous generation. PC makers everywhere are using the same GeForce GPUs this year since Nvidia has yet to launch the successor to the mobile RTX 3000 series. The more demanding processors of the new TUF Gaming has directly impacted battery life and the size of the AC adapter. Don't expect runtimes to be longer than on the previous generation under most conditions and be prepared to carry around an even larger AC adapter than before."
"The Zenbook Pro 14 Duo OLED is a well-tuned instrument for content creators, excelling at a range of general office tasks as well as tasks that require a little more grunt like encoding and 3D rendering. The big attraction is the laptop’s dual displays. They’re the best ones we’ve used in an Asus Zenbook Duo laptop to date with a spate of year-on-year improvements that make the visuals more striking and the cross-screen integration easier than ever before."
