The ASUS ROG Strix G15, while generally more expensive, offers superior processing power suitable for intensive engineering tasks, 3D rendering, machine learning, and gaming, thanks to its higher-end Ryzen 9 processor and ample RAM. The larger battery capacity and relatively higher portability score suggest decent battery life and easier transport compared to the ASUS TUF Gaming F17. However, if budget is a concern, the F17 is less expensive and still provides robust performance with its 10th Gen Intel i5 processor, making it suitable for general use and gaming. For those wanting a larger screen, the F17's 17.3-inch display trumps the G15's 15.6-inch, though the compromises come in the form of less RAM and a smaller storage capacity. Both feature backlit keyboards with numerics pads and similar GPUs, making them capable gaming machines, but the G15 has an edge in overall performance for power users. Give Feedback

How the ASUS ROG Strix G15 and the ASUS TUF Gaming F17 compare to other laptops
"The ASUS ROG Strix G15 is a successful high-performance 15-inch laptop. The Asus ROG Strix impresses with an elaborate design and fast hardware. The latter can unleash its potential well in the large 15-inch case and achieve a decent performance boost compared to the previous generation. Especially the stunning 300 Hz display as well as the RTX 3070 and its generous TDP give gamers their money's worth. Asus didn't neglect seemingly small details, either, such as the keyboard and the maintenance options. The ROG Strix G15 offers a lot of pure performance and excellent workmanship in a 15-inch format, but connectivity leaves something to be desired."
"One of the Asus TUF Gaming F17’s highlights is without a doubt its excellent gaming performance. The fact that Asus configured the RTX 3060 GPU for its specified maximum of 140 W is became immediately noticeable in our benchmarks. For a 17-inch notebook the F17 also offers a very long battery life, which makes it somewhat portable. On the flip side is the display. It may be saved by its good overall contrast ratio, but its overall brightness is simply too low, and its response times are too slow for a gaming device. The F17’s successor needs to improve upon this."
