The ASUS ROG Flow Z13, being pricier, offers a high-performance experience suitable for intensive gaming, 3D rendering, and engineering software, thanks to its powerful processor and graphics. It's compact and has a high-resolution touchscreen, but the battery life is shorter. In contrast, the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" is more affordable and offers better battery life, suitable for general use with a larger screen, but its performance is more modest, making it less ideal for demanding tasks. It's also heavier than the ASUS, making the latter more portable. Choose ASUS for high-end tasks and portability or Lenovo for cost efficiency and longer unplugged usage. Give Feedback

The ASUS ROG Flow Z13 is very good for general use, while the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" is good.
The ASUS ROG Flow Z13 excels in general use by offering a more powerful CPU, higher RAM capacity, and a higher-resolution screen with better color coverage, which is useful for tasks requiring great detail and color accuracy, but it has a shorter battery life and is less portable compared to the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15". The Lenovo offers ample performance for everyday tasks with decent screen quality and a significantly longer battery life, making it more suitable for those who prioritize portability and all-day use without the need for frequent charging.

The ASUS ROG Flow Z13 is good for gaming and AI, while the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" is only fair.
The ASUS ROG Flow Z13 outperforms the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" for gaming and 3D tasks primarily because it has a more powerful Nvidia RTX 4050 graphics card and a much higher screen refresh rate of 165Hz, compared to the integrated Vega 8 graphics in the AMD Ryzen 7 5700U and a 60Hz refresh rate found in the IdeaPad. While both have quality IPS displays, the superior GPU and refresh rate are very important for smooth and detailed gaming and 3D rendering.

The ASUS ROG Flow Z13 is very good for engineering and design, while the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" is only fair.
The ASUS ROG Flow Z13, geared towards engineering and design, boasts a more powerful Intel i9 processor, a higher-end Nvidia RTX GPU, and more RAM, which collectively deliver stronger performance for computational and graphic-intensive tasks than the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15", which has an AMD Ryzen 7 CPU with integrated Vega 8 graphics and less RAM. Moreover, the ASUS offers superior screen quality with higher resolution and color accuracy, crucial for design work, whereas the Lenovo, although larger in screen size, has a lower resolution and less color coverage, making it less ideal for detailed engineering and design visuals.

The ASUS ROG Flow Z13 has a better screen than the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
The ASUS ROG Flow Z13's screen stands out in general use and engineering due to its high resolution and brightness, along with a wider color gamut coverage that ensures more accurate colors for design tasks. However, its lower refresh rate compared to specialized gaming laptops makes it less suitable for gaming, where fast-moving visuals might not be as smooth. Meanwhile, the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" offers a screen that's adequate for everyday tasks and engineering work but doesn't excel in any particular area, with its fair resolution, brightness, and color range being overshadowed in gaming, especially where a higher refresh rate is crucial.

"The Asus ROG Flow Z13 is a gaming tablet with powerful Alder Lake i9 CPU. The ROG Flow Z13 impresses with its good cooling. After our review, the impression is predominantly positive. Besides a very fast Alder Lake CPU and stable gaming performance, especially the cooling system is surprisingly effective and quiet. You can use the integrated speakers without any issues while gaming. The 1200p display in the 16:10 format also impresses with good color reproduction and high brightness. Since the battery runtimes aren't particularly long as it is, we wouldn't recommend the optional 4K panel."
"The Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" is affordable and pretty efficient. At the end of the day, the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 (15″, 2023) is one of the better affordable laptops money can buy right now. It has a decent performance, albeit coming from a CPU that is based on old architecture. Playing low-intensity games is possible but at low to medium settings. We are really happy with the cooling setup, but the main event here is the battery life. We got 9 hours of either Web browsing or video playback, which is a great result. Especially if you compare this device with the ASUS E410."
