The ASUS ROG Flow Z13 is an upper-midrange 2-in-1 laptop with a detachable keyboard, allowing it to double as a tablet. It boasts a high-performance Intel i9 processor and Nvidia RTX 4050 graphics card, which make it suitable for tasks like 3D rendering, machine learning, and intensive gaming. It has ample storage and solid memory capacity. Battery life may not be very long, but that's a tradeoff for the powerful hardware. The Flow Z13's display is sharp, with a high resolution and refresh rate that benefits fast-motion viewing, while its touch capability and stylus support enhance creative and engineering work. It's fairly lightweight for its power, but with a thickness of just over half an inch, it combines portability with build quality. With multiple USB-C ports including Thunderbolt, it's versatile in connectivity; however, it trades off some potential expansion with no available RAM slots or storage upgrades. The laptop's high color accuracy and brightness make it great for color-sensitive work, and it performs well in general use, engineering, and gaming, making it a solid choice for both productivity and entertainment. NotebookCheck

Andreas Osthoff | March 2022
"The Asus ROG Flow Z13 is a gaming tablet with powerful Alder Lake i9 CPU. The ROG Flow Z13 impresses with its good cooling. After our review, the impression is predominantly positive. Besides a very fast Alder Lake CPU and stable gaming performance, especially the cooling system is surprisingly effective and quiet. You can use the integrated speakers without any issues while gaming. The 1200p display in the 16:10 format also impresses with good color reproduction and high brightness. Since the battery runtimes aren't particularly long as it is, we wouldn't recommend the optional 4K panel."
