If you prioritize performance for intensive tasks like gaming or engineering software, the MSI Cyborg 15 will serve you better with its more powerful graphics card. However, it has a heavier build and shorter battery life, making it less ideal for long traveling. In contrast, the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" is lighter with a longer battery life, making it more portable, and it has a higher RAM that benefits general multitasking, though it's not as well-equipped for demanding graphics tasks due to its integrated graphics. Both have similar storage capacity and are priced closely, with the main differences lying in performance and portability. Give Feedback

The MSI Cyborg 15 has a better screen than the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" for general use, gaming and AI, and engineering and design.
For general use, both the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" and the MSI Cyborg 15 offer displays that meet basic needs with sufficient resolution and brightness, but they may not stand out in terms of crispness or color vibrancy. When it comes to engineering and design, the screens on these laptops provide acceptable clarity, but professionals might find the color accuracy lacking for precise work because of suboptimal coverage of professional color gamuts like DCI-P3 and Adobe RGB. As for gaming and 3D applications, the refresh rate on these models isn't high enough for smooth motion rendering, which is crucial for a more immersive experience, although the resolution and panel types are adequate for casual play.

How the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" and the MSI Cyborg 15 compare to other laptops
"The Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" is affordable and pretty efficient. At the end of the day, the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 (15″, 2023) is one of the better affordable laptops money can buy right now. It has a decent performance, albeit coming from a CPU that is based on old architecture. Playing low-intensity games is possible but at low to medium settings. We are really happy with the cooling setup, but the main event here is the battery life. We got 9 hours of either Web browsing or video playback, which is a great result. Especially if you compare this device with the ASUS E410."
"The focus of the MSI Cyborg 15 lies on a compromise of performance, mobility, and power consumption. Due to the reduced performance settings, the CPU and GPU perform below their capabilities. Nonetheless, their computing power is still sufficient for FHD gaming at high to maximum settings even then. The power consumption, which is low for a gaming laptop, can be translated into a good battery life. Realistic values of 7 to 8 h are still possible, despite the relatively small battery capacity of 53.5 Wh. Unfortunately the USB-C port doesn't offer any support for Power Delivery, which would be a sensible feature in the case of the Cyborg."
