If battery life is a priority and you don't require a touchscreen, the LG Ultra 16 may suit you, as it has a longer battery life. However, for tasks requiring a touchscreen, like note-taking or drawing, the Lenovo Flex 5 14 is preferable; but it sacrifices some battery life. Both laptops have similar processors and RAM, offering enough power for general use and moderate engineering applications, but neither is ideal for demanding 3D work or gaming. The LG is slightly heavier and less portable. If budget is a concern, the LG Ultra 16 tends to be less expensive than the Lenovo Flex 5 14. Give Feedback

For general use, the Lenovo Flex 5 14 and LG Ultra 16 offer screens that provide adequate resolution and brightness, but might not have the premium panel type that would enhance the viewing experience further. In engineering and design, both laptops display colors reasonably well, but may lack the wider color coverage demanded by professional color work. When it comes to gaming and 3D applications, the screens on both laptops fall short due to their lower refresh rates, which do not match the higher rates preferred for smooth motion handling in fast-paced visuals.

How the Lenovo Flex 5 14 and the LG Ultra 16 compare to other laptops
"The highlight of the latest IdeaPad Flex 5 14 is clearly its AMD CPU. The octa-core Ryzen 7 5700U is insanely fast even when compared to the best Tiger Lake Ultrabooks in the market or even Core H CPUs in many gaming laptops. It's a lot of raw processing power for what is supposed to be a budget 14-inch convertible. If your daily workloads can benefit from extra multi-thread CPU performance, then look no further than the inexpensive AMD-powered Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 14. For regular on-the-road browsing or video streaming, however, a slimmer and lighter 10th gen Core Yoga, Spectre, or XPS would be a more balanced option."
"Unlike the gram, the Ultra PC isn't designed to be as lightweight as possible. The 16-inch laptop is a whole 400 g (0.88 lb) heavier than its 16-inch gram counterpart partly because its chassis is not made of magnesium. Other than that, the Ultra PC seems like a copy of the gram – but with longer battery life, lower noise levels, and a clean, delicate look."
