If you prioritize a balance between performance and portability for everyday use and productivity tasks, the HP Spectre x360 is a superior choice, with its lighter weight and longer battery life. Its touch-enabled, high-resolution display also provides versatility for hands-on tasks and content creation. However, if you're focused on gaming or require more graphical power for 3D rendering or intensive machine learning tasks, the MSI Pulse GL66, with its dedicated Nvidia RTX 3070 graphics card, would serve you better, despite being somewhat heavier and having a shorter battery life. Keep in mind that the MSI may come at a higher cost due to its gaming capabilities. Give Feedback

PCMag

Eric Grevstad | August 2022
"As we said, Lenovo's Yoga 9i is a tough competitor to the Spectre with an equally admirable OLED display. We're sad that neither of them has an HDMI port nor a niche or slot to hold the stylus, though the HP wins points for its bundled mini docking station and magnetically attached pen. Your choice will come down to screen shape—and in our eyes, just as seeing an OLED screen spoils you for an IPS panel, enjoying a tall 3:2 display spoils you for a more conventional view. The HP Spectre x360 13.5 is our new favorite 2-in-1."

NotebookCheck

Christian Hintze | April 2022
"The MSI Pulse GL66 has a lot of potential for improvement. Although the RTX 3060 is only able to use 105 watts, we still liked the gaming performance, particularly since this also makes the Pulse comfortably efficient but not slow by any means. Neither the dark display with its lame response times, nor USB 2.0 or the lack of Thunderbolt will please real gamers. The use of a sticker factory seal, which is at least questionable, also won't inspire any enthusiasm. It is obvious that the laptop is really designed for price-conscious gamers."
