The HP EliteBook 845 G9 is a more portable option with a strong battery life and is well-suited for business tasks, while the Lenovo LOQ 15, with a higher performance graphics card, offers better performance for intensive gaming and demanding creative work; however, it is less portable and may have shorter battery life. If frequent travel and long workdays are common for you, the HP might be the better choice, but if gaming or high-end graphics tasks are your priority, the Lenovo would better meet those needs. How the HP EliteBook 845 G9 and the Lenovo LOQ 15 compare to other laptops
"The high-end version of the HP EliteBook 845 G9 with a Ryzen 9 PRO 6950HS, 32GB of RAM and a 1 TB SSD packs a lot of power, but is still quiet and cool enough to operate in noise-sensitive environments. Quiet, cool and drawing on a massive 40 watts from the APU at the same time, however, is not possible. The 14-incher only has a single-fan solution and it only just manages to keep an near unthrottled Ryzen 9 in check."
"Even after a short time with the LOQ 15, you'll find it has a lot going for it, but ultimately it's just "good"—not quite a star. The performance is respectable for the hardware it’s running, but Lenovo had to make some design sacrifices to trim the price. One of the better aspects is the keyboard, making it one of the better low-cost gaming laptops to actually put your hands on."
