The Lenovo LOQ 15 offers a solid balance for those who need a machine for both general use and more demanding tasks like 3D rendering, machine learning, or light engineering work. With an AMD Ryzen processor and Nvidia RTX graphics card, it can handle intensive tasks while costing less than some higher-end models. It's portable enough for regular movement, though it won't be the lightest or thinnest option available. The battery life is suitable for short stints away from power outlets. Its display is decent and should provide good color and clarity for most users, even if it's not the top tier for color-sensitive work. It comes with Windows 11, a backlit keyboard, hardware ray tracing support, and improved AI capabilities via DLSS. Its build quality and thermal management are also durable enough for long sessions. If you're a gamer, this laptop supports intensive gaming too. But if an all-day battery life or a very lightweight design is critical for you, you might want to consider other options. Give Feedback

PCMag

Mark Knapp | August 2023
"Even after a short time with the LOQ 15, you'll find it has a lot going for it, but ultimately it's just "good"—not quite a star. The performance is respectable for the hardware it’s running, but Lenovo had to make some design sacrifices to trim the price. One of the better aspects is the keyboard, making it one of the better low-cost gaming laptops to actually put your hands on."
