The Gigabyte Aorus 17H is a gaming-oriented laptop with a dedicated high-end GPU, making it suitable for intensive gaming, 3D modeling, and machine learning tasks. It has a larger screen and higher refresh rate but is heavier and has a shorter battery life. It is also notably more expensive than the LG Ultra 16. The LG Ultra 16, on the other hand, is much lighter and offers better portability with a longer battery life, making it ideal for general use and travel. However, it has lesser performance capabilities compared to the Aorus 17H, particularly for demanding tasks like gaming or engineering software. If performance and gaming are your priorities, go for the Aorus 17H; if portability and cost are more important, the LG Ultra 16 would be a better fit. Give Feedback

The Gigabyte Aorus 17H has a better screen than the LG Ultra 16 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, and content creation.
The Gigabyte Aorus 17H likely has a high-resolution display with excellent brightness and a panel type that renders sharp and vivid images for general activities, and its color accuracy is adequate for most engineering and design tasks. However, it may have a lower refresh rate, which is less than ideal for gaming and 3D applications where smooth motion is crucial. Conversely, the LG Ultra 16, while offering sufficiently clear and bright images for everyday tasks and fair color representation for professional work, also falls short for gaming and 3D due to suboptimal refresh rates, which hinders the visual fluidity that these use cases require.

How the Gigabyte Aorus 17H and the LG Ultra 16 compare to other laptops
"Overall though, it’s *lots of swearing* fast, seriously. For work, rendering, gaming, it doesn’t matter, this is a true weapon of performance that’s going to run rings around most high-end desktop systems. If you absolutely have to game at ultra-high refresh rates on the go (but within thinking distance of a plug socket), this is the ticket. I can’t see such an extreme being that appealing to everyone, but if you take your gaming seriously, or even professionally, there’s nothing else out there that comes close that you can still fit in your backpack and travel with."
"Unlike the gram, the Ultra PC isn't designed to be as lightweight as possible. The 16-inch laptop is a whole 400 g (0.88 lb) heavier than its 16-inch gram counterpart partly because its chassis is not made of magnesium. Other than that, the Ultra PC seems like a copy of the gram – but with longer battery life, lower noise levels, and a clean, delicate look."
