If you require demanding applications such as 3D rendering, machine learning, or gaming, the Gigabyte Aorus 17, despite its higher cost, offers superior performance. However, it's less portable due to its weight and size. On the other hand, the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" is more affordable, offers adequate performance for general use, and is easier to carry around, but it may not handle intensive tasks as well. Battery life also likely differs, with the Lenovo offering longer usage between charges, a point to consider if you often work away from power outlets. Choose the Gigabyte for power and the Lenovo for value and portability. Give Feedback

The Gigabyte Aorus 17 has a better screen than the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
The Gigabyte Aorus 17's screen delivers clear and vibrant visuals suitable for detailed work in engineering and design due to its wide color coverage, but its slower refresh rate hinders the smooth visuals desired in high-speed gaming. The Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15", with modest hardware, offers a screen that's adequate for everyday tasks and non-professional design use, balancing resolution and brightness without excelling in any specific area. Neither are optimal for 3D applications or gaming, as their refresh rates and color fidelity may not meet the demands for ultra-smooth motion or the most accurate color reproduction needed in those fields.

How the Gigabyte Aorus 17 and the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" compare to other laptops
"The Gigabyte Aorus 17 is a powerful high-end gaming machine. The Aorus 17 is a potent gaming notebook in a 17.3-inch format designed for FHD gaming at maximum settings. A Core i7-12700H processor and GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Laptop GPU make this possible. A lightning-fast PCIe 4 SSD (1 TB) provides the necessary storage space and ensures short loading times. With the Aorus 17 XE4, Gigabyte delivers a well-rounded, high-performance gaming notebook."
"The Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" is affordable and pretty efficient. At the end of the day, the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 (15″, 2023) is one of the better affordable laptops money can buy right now. It has a decent performance, albeit coming from a CPU that is based on old architecture. Playing low-intensity games is possible but at low to medium settings. We are really happy with the cooling setup, but the main event here is the battery life. We got 9 hours of either Web browsing or video playback, which is a great result. Especially if you compare this device with the ASUS E410."
