The Gigabyte Aero 16, being more expensive, offers superior graphics capabilities with its Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti, making it well-suited for intensive engineering tasks, 3D work, machine learning, and gaming. It also has a high-resolution OLED screen, making it excellent for visual tasks. However, it's less portable due to its size and weight. On the other hand, the MSI Summit E13 Flip Evo is more affordable and highly portable due to its light weight and 2-in-1 convertible design, making it a practical choice for general use and business applications, but less powerful for demanding tasks as it features integrated graphics. Tom's Hardware

Isaac Rouse | May 2022
"The Gigabyte Aero 16 is a workstation laptop for light gaming. It's design is still muted, with a silver chassis alongside a black keyboard and trackpad that provides some contrast. The Gigabyte Aero’s full-size chiclet-style keyboard is enjoyable to type on thanks to its snappy feel and responsiveness. The 4K+ AMOLED display is good, but it could be better. It doesn’t handle true black very well and suffers from strong reflections and glare. The Gigabyte Aero excels at productivity performance and can keep up with other gaming laptops in 1080p. But it has very few ports and its refresh rate leaves a bit to be desired."

NotebookCheck

Allen Ngo | April 2021
"MSI wants to prove that it can do more than just gaming laptops and the Summit E13 Flip is a great example of what the manufacturer is capable of especially in terms of aesthetics and performance. Normally for subnotebooks or convertibles, TDP and performance are often below average as makers want to meet slimmer designs and lower weight targets. The Summit manages to outperform others in its size class and category while still looking sleek and portable in the process. If you want a convertible that won't throttle significantly when under load, then this MSI will be one of the better options you can find."
