The MSI Summit E13 Flip Evo is a midrange 2-in-1 convertible laptop that can be used as both a laptop and a tablet, suitable for business and general use with a premium build and an Intel i7 processor coupled with integrated graphics. Adequate for tasks like office work, web browsing, and light photo editing, it offers a compelling touchscreen experience with good color coverage. Its 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage should suffice for everyday multitasking. However, it's not built for intensive gaming or high-end engineering software due to the absence of a dedicated graphics card. Keep in mind its lack of an Ethernet port requires wireless connections or an adapter for wired internet. The device is fairly portable with a reasonable weight, and offers a variety of modern USB-C and Thunderbolt ports for connectivity. It has an above-average battery life, backlit keyboard, fingerprint reader, and facial recognition for added security and convenience. Give Feedback

The MSI Summit E13 Flip Evo has a decent integrated GPU and a standard screen refresh rate, making it suitable for light gaming and 3D tasks, but it lacks a dedicated gaming-grade GPU and high refresh rate display, which are crucial for more demanding gaming and intense 3D work. Additionally, while it has a capable CPU and good screen quality, these factors do not compensate for the GPU limitations when it comes to serious gaming and complex 3D applications.
Operating Noise:
3.0
PerfectRec’s Operating Noise Score is based on fan noise measurements. Laptops with a fanless design, such as Macbooks, receive the maximum score.

Allen Ngo | April 2021
"MSI wants to prove that it can do more than just gaming laptops and the Summit E13 Flip is a great example of what the manufacturer is capable of especially in terms of aesthetics and performance. Normally for subnotebooks or convertibles, TDP and performance are often below average as makers want to meet slimmer designs and lower weight targets. The Summit manages to outperform others in its size class and category while still looking sleek and portable in the process. If you want a convertible that won't throttle significantly when under load, then this MSI will be one of the better options you can find."
