For a balance of performance and portability with a focus on gaming and engineering tasks, the Dell G15 is a solid choice with its dedicated Nvidia RTX 3060 GPU and Intel i7 processor, though it's heavier and has a shorter battery life compared to the Samsung. The Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge 14, on the other hand, offers a more portable and premium design with an exceptional OLED touchscreen, longer battery life, and a versatile 2-in-1 form factor, making it ideal for general use and content consumption. However, its Qualcomm Snapdragon processor may not match the Dell's performance for intensive tasks like 3D rendering or gaming. Consider the Dell for its raw power and the Samsung for its versatility and superior display. Give Feedback

How the Dell G15 5520 and the Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge 14 compare to other laptops
Olivier Martin, Ryan Lim, and John Peroramas | April 2023
"The Dell G15 (2022) is a 15.6-inch budget gaming laptop, and is great for gaming. You can configure the laptop with powerful Intel 12th Gen. CPUs and various NVIDIA dedicated GPUs, all of which deliver a smooth gaming experience at 1080p. There's also a QHD 240Hz display option if you want better visuals, though you'll have to pair it with the top-end NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti to get good frame rates. It doesn't get overly hot or loud under load, and there's no noticeable throttling on the CPU or GPU. Unfortunately, the 120Hz panel has a slow response time, causing noticeable ghosting, and it doesn't support variable refresh rate."
