The Dell G15 5520 is less expensive and offers good performance for general use and gaming, but it has a lower-quality display and a bulkier form factor with heavier weight. Its battery life is also modest. The MSI Raider GE67Hx, despite being more expensive, provides superior performance, especially for 3D rendering, machine learning, and engineering applications. It has a higher quality display with better color coverage, making it more suitable for creative professionals. The MSI is thinner and slightly lighter, making it more portable, though its battery life remains average. Both have similar storage, RAM, and screen size. The MSI Raider GE67Hx's keyboard is also better quality, and it includes additional features like per-key RGB lighting and a better webcam. Both devices are suitable for intensive gaming, but the MSI has a display with a higher refresh rate that's beneficial for fast-paced games. Give Feedback

How the Dell G15 5520 and the MSI Raider GE67Hx compare to other laptops
Olivier Martin, Ryan Lim, and John Peroramas | April 2023
"The Dell G15 (2022) is a 15.6-inch budget gaming laptop, and is great for gaming. You can configure the laptop with powerful Intel 12th Gen. CPUs and various NVIDIA dedicated GPUs, all of which deliver a smooth gaming experience at 1080p. There's also a QHD 240Hz display option if you want better visuals, though you'll have to pair it with the top-end NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti to get good frame rates. It doesn't get overly hot or loud under load, and there's no noticeable throttling on the CPU or GPU. Unfortunately, the 120Hz panel has a slow response time, causing noticeable ghosting, and it doesn't support variable refresh rate."
"If you've wanted to dip your toes into PC gaming but can't let go of your console roots, the MSI Raider GE67 HX stakes out an attractive middle ground between the speed and versatility of PC gaming and the comfort and ease of a console. If you can overlook its noisy fans and chintzy touchpad, the Raider provides a powerhouse entertainment experience with an OLED screen that tops most household TVs. It's not cheap, but this gaming machine is more than the sum of its parts."
