If you're looking for high performance in 3D rendering, machine learning, and engineering tasks, the MSI Stealth GS66 is a more suitable choice with a premium price tag and a display that excels in fast motion clarity. However, it's slightly heavier and less portable than the ASUS Vivobook 16X, which also offers a good performance for general use and has a lower midrange price, making it a budget-friendly option with a better battery life. The Vivobook 16X is suitable for intensive gaming and offers a larger screen size, but its display is less suited to fast motion compared to the MSI. The MSI's keyboard and build quality are rated higher, which might interest those who prioritize a sturdy build and frequent typing. Give Feedback

The MSI Stealth GS66 has a better screen than the ASUS Vivobook 16X for general use, and gaming and AI.
The ASUS Vivobook 16X and MSI Stealth GS66 both provide clear and sharp displays suitable for everyday tasks and detailed engineering work due to their resolution and brightness, which enhance visibility and clarity. For engineering and design applications, both laptops may not cover wider color gamuts as comprehensively, which could limit color accuracy for professional design tasks. However, their screens have lower refresh rates, making them less ideal for 3D applications and gaming where smoother motion and rapid frame changes are crucial.

How the ASUS Vivobook 16X and the MSI Stealth GS66 compare to other laptops
"I think the ASUS Vivobook 16X is fantastic. Great performance, decent battery life, good keyboard and trackpad, and a massive screen – just that the screen quality itself is kinda subpar. If you’re okay with the screen, then I think this is an okay laptop. However, I’d like to see a price drop."
"The MSI Stealth GS66 is powerful enough for QHD. The Core i7-12700H and the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti found in the 12UGS model that we tested run all modern games smoothly in the native QHD resolution. The 15-inch display is very fast with its 240 Hz refresh rate, and it also offers a great color space (almost 100% DCI-P3) on top of that, which should please gamers as well as content creators, although we would have still wished for a higher brightness. Case, input devices, and connectivity (Thunderbolt 4) are at a good level. However, among other things, the GS66 loses points due to the high temperature development in 3D mode and its poor webcam."
