The ASUS TUF Gaming F17 offers a larger screen and slightly better keyboard, which may be preferable for gaming and multimedia consumption, while the MSI Bravo 15 has a smaller form factor and better general performance, making it more suitable for portability and demanding tasks like 3D rendering or machine learning. The MSI also has slightly higher battery life, which could be beneficial for longer use without charging. Both are similarly priced, so if portability and battery are paramount, consider the MSI; if screen size and keyboard feel are more important, the ASUS could be a better fit. Both have the gaming laptop look and provide a backlit keyboard, with the ASUS offering RGB lighting. Give Feedback

The MSI Bravo 15 offers better 3D and gaming capabilities primarily due to its newer Nvidia RTX 4050 graphics card, which outperforms the older Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti found in the ASUS TUF Gaming F17. While both have a similar screen refresh rate, which is very important for gaming, the MSI's more powerful GPU and likely better screen quality factors contribute to its higher suitability for gaming and 3D tasks.

How the ASUS TUF Gaming F17 and the MSI Bravo 15 compare to other laptops
"One of the Asus TUF Gaming F17’s highlights is without a doubt its excellent gaming performance. The fact that Asus configured the RTX 3060 GPU for its specified maximum of 140 W is became immediately noticeable in our benchmarks. For a 17-inch notebook the F17 also offers a very long battery life, which makes it somewhat portable. On the flip side is the display. It may be saved by its good overall contrast ratio, but its overall brightness is simply too low, and its response times are too slow for a gaming device. The F17’s successor needs to improve upon this."
"Overall, the MSI Bravo 15 C7U is a great gaming device for the masses that isn’t too pricey. The capable hardware (for the price range), the 144Hz display, and the comfortable keyboard are one of the things that should attract buyers who don’t want to spend a fortune on a new gaming laptop."
