If you need a laptop primarily for gaming or resource-intensive engineering tasks, the ASUS TUF Gaming F17, with a more powerful processor and dedicated graphics card, would be suited for those needs, though it comes at a higher price and it's heavier, making it less portable. Conversely, the Jumper 16" Laptop is more budget-friendly and lightweight, making it easier to carry around, but it's equipped with less powerful hardware, which is suitable for general use such as browsing, watching videos, and basic productivity tasks, rather than high-end gaming or demanding software applications. The ASUS TUF Gaming F17 is good for general use, while the Jumper 16" Laptop is poor.
The ASUS TUF Gaming F17 offers better performance as it has a high-performance processor and gaming-grade graphics, making it suited for more demanding tasks, but this also leads to a heavier weight and shorter battery life compared to the Jumper 16" Laptop, which has a lower-end CPU and integrated graphics leading to poorer performance but better portability and longer battery life even though the overall quality for general use is lower. The Jumper, while lighter and with a slightly better battery, compromises significantly on processing power and build quality, which affects its suitability for multitasking and overall user experience for general use purposes.

The ASUS TUF Gaming F17 is only fair for gaming and AI, while the Jumper 16" Laptop is poor.
The ASUS TUF Gaming F17 is more suitable for gaming and 3D applications because it has a higher-performance Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti graphics card and a higher screen refresh rate of 144Hz, which results in smoother gameplay and better handling of 3D tasks. On the other hand, the Jumper 16" Laptop is equipped with a less powerful Intel UHD Graphics 600 GPU and a standard refresh rate of 60Hz, making it less capable for demanding gaming and 3D rendering.

The ASUS TUF Gaming F17 has a better screen than the Jumper 16" Laptop for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
The ASUS TUF Gaming F17 offers a good balance of resolution and brightness that suits everyday tasks like browsing and video streaming, and its panel type ensures decent viewing angles. However, for engineering and design, its color accuracy may not meet the high standards required for professional work, and for gaming or 3D applications, its lower refresh rate may result in less fluid motion and reduced responsiveness. In contrast, the Jumper 16" Laptop's display provides adequate resolution and brightness for general activities but similarly falls short for specialized tasks due to its limited color gamut and subpar refresh rate, impacting the vibrancy essential for design and the smooth visuals critical for immersive gaming experiences.

"One of the Asus TUF Gaming F17’s highlights is without a doubt its excellent gaming performance. The fact that Asus configured the RTX 3060 GPU for its specified maximum of 140 W is became immediately noticeable in our benchmarks. For a 17-inch notebook the F17 also offers a very long battery life, which makes it somewhat portable. On the flip side is the display. It may be saved by its good overall contrast ratio, but its overall brightness is simply too low, and its response times are too slow for a gaming device. The F17’s successor needs to improve upon this."
