For intensive tasks like engineering, gaming, or 3D and machine learning, the ASUS TUF Gaming F17 is more suitable with its powerful processor and dedicated graphics card. However, it's heavier and larger, making it less portable, and it has a shorter battery life than the ASUS Vivobook Go 15, which is very lightweight and lasts longer on a single charge. The Vivobook Go 15 is budget-friendly but less powerful due to its simplistic processor and lower RAM, making it ideal for general use such as browsing and light productivity tasks. Choose the TUF Gaming F17 for performance-demanding activities and the Vivobook Go 15 for affordability and portability. Give Feedback

The ASUS TUF Gaming F17 has a better screen than the ASUS Vivobook Go 15 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
The ASUS TUF Gaming F17 offers a better screen resolution and brightness, making it suitable for general use, but its limited color gamut and refresh rate restrict its performance for engineering tasks and make it less ideal for the fast-paced visuals required in gaming and 3D applications. The ASUS Vivobook Go 15, with lower screen quality overall, would lead to less vivid and sharp images for any usage, and its deficiencies in color accuracy and refresh rate make it less suitable for tasks needing precise color work or smooth motion. In essence, while the TUF Gaming F17 can handle everyday tasks reasonably well, neither laptop is optimal for professional engineering, design, or high-end gaming activities due to screen limitations.

"One of the Asus TUF Gaming F17’s highlights is without a doubt its excellent gaming performance. The fact that Asus configured the RTX 3060 GPU for its specified maximum of 140 W is became immediately noticeable in our benchmarks. For a 17-inch notebook the F17 also offers a very long battery life, which makes it somewhat portable. On the flip side is the display. It may be saved by its good overall contrast ratio, but its overall brightness is simply too low, and its response times are too slow for a gaming device. The F17’s successor needs to improve upon this."
"The Asus Vivobook Go 15 is a good option if you’re looking for one device to tackle a bunch of smaller problems. For simple school studies, portable evening entertainment or distractions, and getting household admin or light office workloads out of the way, it’s a great little package with respectable battery life, and a great contender for the advent of cloud gaming."
