The ASUS TUF Gaming F15 is more expensive but comes with a more powerful graphics card and processor, larger storage capacity, and a higher battery capacity, which may better suit demanding tasks like gaming, 3D rendering, or engineering. Its compact and lighter build enhances portability. In contrast, the Gigabyte A7, while generally less expensive, offers a larger screen size but has a less powerful GPU and CPU, smaller storage, and a lower battery capacity, which could affect performance and battery life during intensive use but may still suit everyday tasks and light gaming well. Both have a 16GB RAM and a high refresh rate display but differ in portability and performance levels. Give Feedback

The ASUS TUF Gaming F15 has a better screen than the Gigabyte A7 for software development, and content creation, while the Gigabyte A7 has a better screen for general use, gaming and AI, and engineering and design.
For general use, both the ASUS TUF Gaming F15 and the Gigabyte A7 offer adequate brightness, resolution, and panel types, providing clear and vivid images for everyday tasks. In engineering and design, the Gigabyte A7 excels as it covers a wider range of color gamuts, ensuring more accurate color representation which is crucial for detailed work, while the ASUS' less extensive color range may not be as suitable. When it comes to 3D and gaming, both laptops fall short due to their poor refresh rates which can result in less smooth rendering of fast-moving visuals, though the resolution and panel type moderately compensate by maintaining image clarity.

How the ASUS TUF Gaming F15 and the Gigabyte A7 compare to other laptops
"Aside from all the chassis updates, the new TUF Gaming is most notable for its much higher TGP target of 140 W compared to only 95 W on the previous generation. PC makers everywhere are using the same GeForce GPUs this year since Nvidia has yet to launch the successor to the mobile RTX 3000 series. The more demanding processors of the new TUF Gaming has directly impacted battery life and the size of the AC adapter. Don't expect runtimes to be longer than on the previous generation under most conditions and be prepared to carry around an even larger AC adapter than before."
"In terms of looks, the Gigabyte A7 X1 is certainly not a trendy, slim, and ultra-mobile gaming laptop. But it does what it's supposed to do, namely bringing games smoothly onto the screen, very well. Both the processor and the GeForce RTX 3070 are able to unleash their performance without restrictions thanks to the well-ventilated case. The Gigabyte A7 X1 brings modern games smoothly onto the screen and offers excellent maintenance options."
