The ASUS TUF Gaming F15 offers better performance for intensive tasks like gaming, 3D rendering, or engineering due to its superior graphics card, but it is heavier and has a shorter battery life. On the other hand, the ASUS Vivobook S 15 is more portable with a longer battery life and is suitable for general use, including tasks that are not graphics-intensive. While the TUF Gaming F15 is associated with a higher price, the Vivobook S 15 is less expensive and still provides ample performance for everyday tasks. Choose the TUF Gaming F15 for high-end performance needs or the Vivobook S 15 for general use and portability. Give Feedback

The ASUS TUF Gaming F15 is very good for engineering and design, while the ASUS Vivobook S 15 is good.
The ASUS TUF Gaming F15 is very good for engineering and design due to its powerful Intel i7 CPU, ample RAM, and high-performance Nvidia RTX GPU, combined with a quality IPS screen. In contrast, while the ASUS Vivobook S 15 has a capable AMD Ryzen 7 CPU and sufficient RAM for general engineering tasks, it relies on integrated graphics which, although efficient for everyday work, fall behind the TUF's dedicated GPU in more demanding design applications.

The ASUS TUF Gaming F15 has a better screen than the ASUS Vivobook S 15 for general use, gaming and AI, and engineering and design.
For general use, the ASUS TUF Gaming F15 offers a good balance of resolution and brightness, providing a pleasant viewing experience for everyday tasks, while the Vivobook's similar traits ensure a satisfactory display for common activities. In engineering and design, however, both laptops may not deliver the full spectrum of color accuracy needed for precise work, given their average adherence to color gamuts. When it comes to gaming and 3D applications, the TUF's lower refresh rate limits the smoothness of fast-moving visuals, a downside that's also true for the Vivobook, making neither ideal for high-end immersive experiences.

How the ASUS TUF Gaming F15 and the ASUS Vivobook S 15 compare to other laptops
"Aside from all the chassis updates, the new TUF Gaming is most notable for its much higher TGP target of 140 W compared to only 95 W on the previous generation. PC makers everywhere are using the same GeForce GPUs this year since Nvidia has yet to launch the successor to the mobile RTX 3000 series. The more demanding processors of the new TUF Gaming has directly impacted battery life and the size of the AC adapter. Don't expect runtimes to be longer than on the previous generation under most conditions and be prepared to carry around an even larger AC adapter than before."
"Internals make Asus VivoBook S15 laptop a compelling option. The Asus multimedia laptop may look rather below-average with its modest black chassis, lack of a dedicated GPU, limited RAM and meagre port selection without Thunderbolt support. But your impression of the device will start changing once you set your eyes on its high-contrast OLED capable of producing deep blacks and highly accurate colours. And your opinion will change completely when the VivoBook is switched on. The AMD CPU can effortlessly keep up with powerful rivals from Intel. The integrated Radeon graphics blows away Intel's iGPU when it comes to graphics workloads such as rendering and simpler games."
