If performance for 3D applications, machine learning, or gaming is your priority, the ASUS ROG Strix G16 would be the better choice, though it's less portable than the Zenbook due to its larger size and weight. On the other hand, the ASUS Zenbook 14X offers better portability and a higher quality OLED display, which is great for general use and engineering tasks that benefit from high screen resolutions and color accuracy, but it has less raw power for intensive tasks and gaming. The Zenbook is also the more affordable option, while the Strix G16 costs more but delivers stronger performance for demanding applications. Give Feedback

How the ASUS ROG Strix G16 and the ASUS Zenbook 14X compare to other laptops
"With the mobile Nvidia GeForce RTX 4080, the Asus ROG Stix G16 hits the sweet spot between performance and cooling. The G16 also does not have to shy away from direct comparison with its supposedly stronger family member, the ROG Strix Scar 18 with its RTX 4090, as most benchmarks of the two laptops are very close to each other. Moreover, the G16 should be significantly cheaper. Depending on the supplier, the price difference here could be almost US$ 2,000. In the 2023 model series, Asus has significantly leveled out the differences between the two high-end lines."
"With the Zenbook 14X, Asus has a 14-incher in its range that is - mostly - a joy to use. First, there is the colorful OLED panel with 3K resolution that displays the sRGB and DCI-P3 color spaces. The Zenbook is also at the forefront in terms of workmanship, input devices and connections with 2x Thunderbolt 4 ports and a generous keyboard layout. A pleasure to use, the Zenbook 14X is a solid, very well-built subnotebook that sits well on the table. A runtime of five hours, however, is below average for a high-end subnotebook nowadays. The OLED screensaver causes increased power consumption when in idle mode."
