The ASUS ROG Flow X13 is a premium option with higher performance suitable for gaming and engineering tasks due to its powerful processor and dedicated GPU, but it comes at a higher cost and has moderate portability. The Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" is more affordable and offers great battery life, making it good for general use and portability, but with an integrated GPU and less powerful processor, it may struggle with intensive gaming or specialized tasks like 3D rendering or machine learning. Both feature touchscreens and similar build quality, but for intense tasks and better display features, the ASUS is the superior choice, whereas the Lenovo is better for everyday tasks and longer usage away from power sources. The ASUS ROG Flow X13 has a better screen than the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
The ASUS ROG Flow X13 likely boasts a higher resolution and brightness, with a suitable panel type, which makes its screen crisp and clear for general tasks and detail-oriented engineering work, while its color accuracy benefits professionals in design. The Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" may have a screen with adequate resolution and brightness for everyday tasks and some technical work but doesn't stand out in any particular area. However, for gaming and 3D applications, where fast refresh rates are critical to avoid motion blur and ensure smooth visuals, the ASUS's screen falls short compared to dedicated gaming laptops, which could make fast-paced games less enjoyable.

"The Asus ROG Flow X13 is not an off-the-shelf convertible. This quickly becomes clear when you take a closer look at the technical specs. The AMD Ryzen 9 5980HS is a state-of-the-art SoC with 8 cores and 16 threads, which also makes the 2-in-1 interesting as a work device. With 32 GB of RAM and a 1 TB SSD, gamers are also well taken care of. The dedicated Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Max-Q fits well into the overall concept and ensures a solid 3D performance. With the eGPU dock, which is equipped with a GeForce RTX 3080, the small convertible transforms into a full-fledged desktop replacement in terms of performance."
"The Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" is affordable and pretty efficient. At the end of the day, the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 (15″, 2023) is one of the better affordable laptops money can buy right now. It has a decent performance, albeit coming from a CPU that is based on old architecture. Playing low-intensity games is possible but at low to medium settings. We are really happy with the cooling setup, but the main event here is the battery life. We got 9 hours of either Web browsing or video playback, which is a great result. Especially if you compare this device with the ASUS E410."
