The Apple MacBook Pro 13 (2022) is generally more expensive but offers a high-quality display, longer battery life, and a lightweight design which makes it highly portable. It runs on MacOS, which could be preferable if you're accustomed to Apple's ecosystem. It does not have a touchscreen and is equipped with an M2 chip that excels in efficient performance and silent operation. On the other hand, the Dell Inspiron 16 5625 comes at a lower price, includes a touchscreen, and has more RAM for multitasking. Its larger screen is beneficial for productivity and entertainment but adds to the weight, making it less portable than the MacBook Pro. The Inspiron uses Windows 11 Pro and possesses more versatile port options, which could be advantageous if connectivity is a priority. While both machines are suitable for general use, tasks demanding more intense graphics and computing might favor the MacBook Pro's more powerful chipset. Give Feedback

The Apple MacBook Pro 13 (2022) and Dell Inspiron 16 5625 are both good for engineering and design, though the Apple MacBook Pro 13 (2022) is somewhat better.
The Apple MacBook Pro 13 (2022) excels in engineering and design use with its high screen quality and powerful Apple M2 GPU, optimal for complex visual tasks, yet its 8 GB RAM may limit performance in extremely intensive workloads. Meanwhile, the Dell Inspiron 16 5625 offers more RAM for multitasking and a larger 16-inch screen providing ample space for design work, but its AMD graphics are less potent than Apple's M2 GPU for graphics-heavy engineering applications, and its overall screen quality is not as superior. Both offer silent operation and good portability, but the MacBook's better keyboard and speaker quality might tip the scales for some users prioritizing multimedia interaction and typing comfort.

The Apple MacBook Pro 13 has a better screen than the Dell Inspiron 16 5625 for general use, AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
The Apple MacBook Pro boasts a high-resolution display with bright and vivid color accuracy, making it excellent for general use and engineering purposes where detail and color representation are crucial. However, for 3D and gaming where smooth motion is key, the MacBook Pro falls short due to a lower refresh rate. The Dell Inspiron 16 5625 offers satisfactory resolution and brightness for daily tasks and design work, but its display isn't as sharp or color-accurate as the MacBook's, and its refresh rate is also not optimized for gaming or 3D applications.

How the Apple MacBook Pro 13 (2022) and the Dell Inspiron 16 5625 compare to other laptops
"The MacBook Pro 13 is still a very good subnotebook. The 2022 MacBook Pro 13 might look like recycling at first, because the device is completely identical to the old model expect for the new M2 SoC. We have to admit that we were surprised to see another iteration of the MBP 13 as well. The laptop is obviously familiar, but this does not change the fact that it is still a very good subnotebook. You get an excellent chassis with good stability, a very good display, good input devices and the new M2 chip is very powerful and efficient."
"I think there is fair value in the Inspiron 16 this year. Very little has changed with the laptop and my opinion hasn’t really changed either. In other words, I like it. Overall, I think the pros far outweigh the cons of this laptop and the price is certainly justifiable. I found this to be a great typer and I could potentially work all day on this machine, provided I don’t need a graphics card."
