The Apple MacBook Pro 13 (2020) offers better performance for engineering tasks and has a higher build quality, making it suitable for intensive work. However, it's typically more expensive and might not be as portable as other options. The Lenovo Yoga 6, on the other hand, is less expensive and includes a touchscreen, lending itself to versatility in usage, but may not match the MacBook Pro in performance or screen quality. If battery life is a priority, the MacBook Pro excels, but if you're seeking a balance between price and capability for more general use, the Lenovo Yoga 6 is worth considering. Give Feedback

The Apple MacBook Pro 13 has a better screen than the Lenovo Yoga 6 for general use, AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
The Apple MacBook Pro 13 (2020) offers a high-resolution display and exceptional brightness levels, making it excellent for general use, and its wide color gamut ensures precise color reproduction crucial for engineering and design tasks. However, its screen has a standard refresh rate, which is a limitation for 3D applications where a higher refresh rate is crucial for smooth visuals. The Lenovo Yoga 6, while providing adequate resolution and brightness for everyday tasks, offers a good color range suitable for most design work, but like the MacBook, it falls short for gaming and 3D due to its standard refresh rate.

How the Apple MacBook Pro 13 (2020) and the Lenovo Yoga 6 compare to other laptops
"The MacBook Pro 13 is still a very good subnotebook. The 2022 MacBook Pro 13 might look like recycling at first, because the device is completely identical to the old model expect for the new M2 SoC. We have to admit that we were surprised to see another iteration of the MBP 13 as well. The laptop is obviously familiar, but this does not change the fact that it is still a very good subnotebook. You get an excellent chassis with good stability, a very good display, good input devices and the new M2 chip is very powerful and efficient."
"The AMD R7-7730U in the Lenovo Yoga 6 13 provides a suitable answer to the limited cooling capabilities of a convertible - especially in tablet mode. It draws high computing power from a comparatively limited power supply so that less heat has to be dissipated at the same time."
