The MacBook Pro 13 (2020) offers great general use performance and has a reputation for high build quality, excellent screen for colors and brightness, and long battery life; it's an ideal choice if you prefer MacOS and need a laptop for everyday tasks. On the other hand, the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Titanium Yoga has a higher capacity storage and more RAM which may be beneficial for multitasking and more demanding tasks; with its touchscreen and 2-in-1 design, it's very portable and versatile, suitable if you want a convertible laptop with Windows OS and appreciate business features like a fingerprint reader. Both are relatively light and have similar port offerings, but the MacBook Pro might be less expensive while the X1 Titanium offers a newer Intel processor. Choose the MacBook Pro for an excellent all-around MacOS experience or the X1 Titanium Yoga if you need more RAM, storage, and the flexibility of a 2-in-1 Windows laptop more suited for business use. How the Apple MacBook Pro 13 (2020) and the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Titanium Yoga compare to other laptops
"The MacBook Pro 13 is still a very good subnotebook. The 2022 MacBook Pro 13 might look like recycling at first, because the device is completely identical to the old model expect for the new M2 SoC. We have to admit that we were surprised to see another iteration of the MBP 13 as well. The laptop is obviously familiar, but this does not change the fact that it is still a very good subnotebook. You get an excellent chassis with good stability, a very good display, good input devices and the new M2 chip is very powerful and efficient."
"The ThinkPad X1 Titanium is a showcase of what Lenovo thinks business computing will look like in the near future. People want thinner, lighter laptops with high-quality screens and enough computing power to get their work done. The X1 Titanium achieves these goals with some controversial but innovative design choices, including a redesigned keyboard and a pared-down port selection."
