The Acer Predator Helios 300 is more suitable for intensive gaming due to its higher brightness, color space coverage, and is slightly more expensive. It has a decent battery life but is less portable than the Dell G15. On the other hand, the Dell G15 5520 offers more storage, a slightly more advanced processor, and superior battery life, making it a better option for long-lasting performance and general use, all while being somewhat less expensive. If portability and battery are priorities, the Dell may be the better choice, whereas the Acer is more tuned for gaming performance and screen quality. Give Feedback

How the Acer Predator Helios 300 and the Dell G15 5520 compare to other laptops
"The Acer Predator Helios 300 review is an overclocked gaming laptop with a good display. The Predator is large, heavy, and loud, but also offers plenty of performance according to gamers. An overclocked gaming laptop - or its user - also has to struggle with the usual disadvantages we mentioned above. On the other hand, overclocking is optional, and those who like it quieter and can live with a few less frames per second can also switch to the significantly more moderate Standard mode. Then the Helios 300 won't be any louder than the competitors."
Olivier Martin, Ryan Lim, and John Peroramas | April 2023
"The Dell G15 (2022) is a 15.6-inch budget gaming laptop, and is great for gaming. You can configure the laptop with powerful Intel 12th Gen. CPUs and various NVIDIA dedicated GPUs, all of which deliver a smooth gaming experience at 1080p. There's also a QHD 240Hz display option if you want better visuals, though you'll have to pair it with the top-end NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti to get good frame rates. It doesn't get overly hot or loud under load, and there's no noticeable throttling on the CPU or GPU. Unfortunately, the 120Hz panel has a slow response time, causing noticeable ghosting, and it doesn't support variable refresh rate."
