For a more immersive gaming experience with high contrast and vibrancy, especially in HDR, the Corsair monitor excels due to its better peak brightness, but its matte coating and poorer text quality make it less ideal for productivity and general media consumption. Conversely, the Dell Alienware, while less costly, offers a curved screen with an adjustable stand for ergonomic comfort and a glossy finish that enhances image clarity, making it more suited for a variety of uses, including productivity and media, although with lower peak brightness for HDR content. Both have very high refresh rates suitable for gaming, but the Dell has a lower maximum refresh rate which might be less preferable for very competitive gaming scenarios. Give Feedback

PC Gamer

Jeremy Laird | May 2023
"It may seem like a minor tweak, but the addition of a glossy anti-glare coating makes all the difference. It really lets the OLED panel rip. That this revised "F" model is also cheaper than the OG Alienware OLED and the similarly glossy Philips competition seals the deal. This is our new favourite among the OLED monitor massive."
