The Lenovo LOQ 15 is typically less expensive and may be preferable for those on a tighter budget, with ample performance for general use and some gaming. However, the Razer Blade 15 has a higher resolution display, more storage space, and superior build quality, making it a better option for those who need intensive 3D rendering or machine learning capabilities. The Razer also has a more premium appearance, which might be important for professional settings. Consider the Razer Blade 15 if you value a more portable and high-performance machine, and the Lenovo LOQ 15 if cost savings and good general performance are your priority. Give Feedback

The Razer Blade 15 is very good for engineering and design, while the Lenovo LOQ 15 is good.
The Lenovo LOQ 15, with a high-performance AMD Ryzen CPU and Nvidia RTX 4050 GPU, is apt for engineering and design, offering ample RAM and a full HD screen, but it lags behind the Razer Blade 15, which boasts a higher-resolution screen and a more powerful Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti GPU, optimal for more demanding design tasks, alongside an Intel i7 CPU and double the storage. While the Lenovo has a solid build and good keyboard quality, the Razer Blade stands out with its exceptional portability, keyboard, and speaker quality, though it may produce more operating noise, weighing in these conveniences against the Razer Blade's higher cost.

The Razer Blade 15 has a better screen than the Lenovo LOQ 15 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, and software development.
When evaluating laptops for general use, the Lenovo LOQ 15's display offers satisfactory brightness and resolution, making it comfortable for everyday tasks, while the Razer Blade 15 provides an enhanced viewing experience with its superior brightness and sharper resolution. For engineering and design professionals, both the Lenovo and Razer Blade 15 have displays with a range of colors that will render designs accurately, but the Razer's more expansive color spectrum may benefit detailed work with an edge in color precision. However, for gaming and 3D applications, neither laptop's screen can deliver the high refresh rates preferred for smooth motion, which might make them less ideal for those specific purposes where fluid visuals are critical.

The Razer Blade 15 and Lenovo LOQ 15 are both good for general use.
The Lenovo LOQ 15, with its capable AMD Ryzen 7 processor and RTX 4050 graphics, is great for general use, balancing solid performance and full-day battery life with a fair portability score, an ample 512GB of storage, and a very good keyboard. The Razer Blade 15 steps up with a high-resolution screen for sharp visuals, double the storage at 1TB, and a thin, lightweight design for superior portability, but its excellently-rated keyboard and speaker quality are offset by a lower battery life despite having a more powerful CPU and GPU suitable for more demanding tasks.

Although they have very similar scores, PerfectRec considers Razer Blade 15 to be very good for gaming and AI, while the Lenovo LOQ 15 is good.
The Razer Blade 15 stands out for gaming and 3D applications due to its more powerful Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti graphics card and higher screen refresh rate of 240Hz, compared to the Lenovo LOQ 15 which has a capable but less powerful Nvidia RTX 4050 graphics card and a refresh rate of 144Hz. While both have quality IPS displays, the higher refresh rate of the Razer improves visual fluidity in games, making high-speed content look smoother, and its better GPU enhances performance in demanding 3D tasks.

How the Lenovo LOQ 15 and the Razer Blade 15 compare to other laptops
"Even after a short time with the LOQ 15, you'll find it has a lot going for it, but ultimately it's just "good"—not quite a star. The performance is respectable for the hardware it’s running, but Lenovo had to make some design sacrifices to trim the price. One of the better aspects is the keyboard, making it one of the better low-cost gaming laptops to actually put your hands on."
"The 2022 Blade 15 offers roughly 15 to 25 percent faster graphics performance and 20 percent faster CPU performance over last year's Core i7-11800H and RTX 3080 model. Thankfully, the system doesn't need to run noticeably louder or warmer to achieve faster results, but both power consumption and battery life take a hit. The higher consumption in particular appears to be a trend amongst many 12th gen Core laptops including the Schenker Uniwill Technology GM7AG8P or MSI Vector GP66 when compared to their previous generation counterparts. We're also glad to not see below-average CPU performance which was the case for the 10th gen Core i7-10875H model."
