The Lenovo ThinkPad X13 is very good for general use, while the Lenovo LOQ 15 is good.
The Lenovo LOQ 15 delivers adequate processing power and memory for everyday tasks, with a decent display and battery life that suits most general users, plus it's light enough to carry around, but it falls short in storage, keyboard, and speaker quality. The Lenovo ThinkPad X13, on the other hand, offers a more robust CPU and more RAM, leading to snappier performance, a higher screen quality for clearer viewing, better keyboard feel, and longer battery life for extended use, though it's not as quiet and can get warmer with heavy use.

The Lenovo LOQ 15 is good for gaming and AI, while the Lenovo ThinkPad X13 is only fair.
The Lenovo LOQ 15 boasts a more robust GPU and higher screen refresh rate, which are vital for smooth gaming and 3D application performance, while the Lenovo ThinkPad X13, with a less powerful GPU and moderate screen refresh rate, provides adequate yet less optimal capability for these tasks. Though the ThinkPad X13 offers solid CPU performance and good screen quality, these factors are secondary to the GPU and refresh rate which primarily dictate the gaming and 3D experience on the LOQ 15.

How the Lenovo LOQ 15 and the Lenovo ThinkPad X13 compare to other laptops
"Even after a short time with the LOQ 15, you'll find it has a lot going for it, but ultimately it's just "good"—not quite a star. The performance is respectable for the hardware it’s running, but Lenovo had to make some design sacrifices to trim the price. One of the better aspects is the keyboard, making it one of the better low-cost gaming laptops to actually put your hands on."
"The Lenovo ThinkPad X13 G4 has very good input devices, a wide array of security features and ports as well as 5G in the tested configuration. It is more compact and lightweight compared with its predecessor, and it has improved speakers and a slightly better webcam. On the other hand, the fan is more annoying and the performance is barely improved. The battery is worse as well, but this is primarily attributable to the OLED screen - if this aspect is important, buyers should choose the IPS Low Power LCD."
