For general use, the Lenovo LOQ 16i with its larger screen and higher RAM will offer smoother multitasking and a more immersive viewing experience. However, if portability is a priority, the HP Victus 15 is more compact and slightly lighter, making it easier to carry around. When it comes to performance, the Lenovo's i7 processor and RTX 4050 GPU give it an edge over the HP's i5 and RTX 3050, particularly for tasks like gaming and machine learning. The HP, however, has a better battery life, which is something to consider if you're often on the move without access to a power outlet. Both laptops have similar refresh rates and resolution, but the Lenovo's screen has a taller aspect ratio, which is beneficial for productivity. The Lenovo also scores higher in build quality and has a better webcam, which could be important for video calls. Ultimately, choose the HP Victus 15 for better battery life and portability, or the Lenovo LOQ 16i for superior performance and a larger screen. Give Feedback

How the HP Victus 15 and the Lenovo LOQ 16i compare to other laptops
Olivier Martin, Ryan Lim, and Yannick Khong | March 2023
"The HP Victus 15 is great for gaming. It's available with Intel 12th Gen. CPUs and NVIDIA discrete graphics, which are powerful enough to provide a smooth gaming experience in demanding AAA titles at 1080p. It has a nice keyboard and a fast SSD, as well as Wi-Fi 6 and Ethernet connectivity for low-latency online gaming. Unfortunately, its 144Hz display has a slow response time causing noticeable ghosting, and it doesn't support variable refresh rate to reduce screen tearing."
"Gaming laptops with an RTX 4060 are available starting from about 1,000 Euros (~$1,060), even in 16-inch format. For the supposedly affordable Lenovo LOQ 16 (1,500 Euros, ~$1,591), the manufacturer particularly saves in the equipment and materials compared to the more expensive Legion series. In addition, the LOQ is slightly heavier and more bulky. What remains is anything but a laptop full of difficult compromises. Instead, this is a more than solid gaming laptop that focusses on the 3D performance.Q is slightly heavier and more bulky."
