The HP Spectre x360 is generally less expensive than the Razer Blade 15 and offers longer battery life, which makes it better suited for general use, especially on the go. Its touchscreen and 2-in-1 design provide versatility for tasks like note-taking and presentations. On the other hand, the Razer Blade 15 has a more powerful graphics card making it superior for 3D applications, machine learning, and gaming. It also has a higher refresh rate screen, ideal for fast-paced games. The Razer is slightly lighter but comes at a higher price, and its battery life is shorter, which could impact its portability during long days without access to charging. Give Feedback

The Razer Blade 15 and HP Spectre x360 are both very good for engineering and design.
The HP Spectre x360's strengths are its high-quality convertible touchscreen and a decent processor for engineering tasks, but it's equipped with an integrated GPU, which is less powerful for design work compared to Razer Blade 15's dedicated Nvidia RTX graphics. Moreover, Razer Blade 15 has a higher screen refresh rate and superior GPU, which better supports engineering and design applications that demand more graphical performance, although it may sacrifice some portability and touchscreen convenience found in HP Spectre x360.

How the HP Spectre x360 and the Razer Blade 15 compare to other laptops
"As we said, Lenovo's Yoga 9i is a tough competitor to the Spectre with an equally admirable OLED display. We're sad that neither of them has an HDMI port nor a niche or slot to hold the stylus, though the HP wins points for its bundled mini docking station and magnetically attached pen. Your choice will come down to screen shape—and in our eyes, just as seeing an OLED screen spoils you for an IPS panel, enjoying a tall 3:2 display spoils you for a more conventional view. The HP Spectre x360 13.5 is our new favorite 2-in-1."
"The 2022 Blade 15 offers roughly 15 to 25 percent faster graphics performance and 20 percent faster CPU performance over last year's Core i7-11800H and RTX 3080 model. Thankfully, the system doesn't need to run noticeably louder or warmer to achieve faster results, but both power consumption and battery life take a hit. The higher consumption in particular appears to be a trend amongst many 12th gen Core laptops including the Schenker Uniwill Technology GM7AG8P or MSI Vector GP66 when compared to their previous generation counterparts. We're also glad to not see below-average CPU performance which was the case for the 10th gen Core i7-10875H model."
