The MSI Pulse GL66 is good for gaming and AI, while the HP Dragonfly Pro 14" is only fair.
The MSI Pulse GL66 is better fitted for gaming and 3D tasks due to its Nvidia RTX 3070 graphics card and a screen refresh rate of 144 Hz, which provides smoother visuals and enhanced gaming performance compared to the HP Dragonfly Pro 14's AMD Radeon 680M GPU and its 60 Hz screen refresh rate. Though both laptops have quality displays and capable CPUs, the MSI's superior GPU and refresh rate are particularly crucial for gaming and handling 3D graphics.

How the HP Dragonfly Pro 14" and the MSI Pulse GL66 compare to other laptops
"I’d say that the HP Dragonfly Pro checks off most of the boxes for this freelancer. It feels nice to use, is zippy and responsive, has great speakers, and even has a relatively sane price. Although it’s an unorthodox choice to pick AMD for this kind of machine, it’s clear that when Ryzen is given a chance to shine, it can kick a lot of butt."
"The MSI Pulse GL66 has a lot of potential for improvement. Although the RTX 3060 is only able to use 105 watts, we still liked the gaming performance, particularly since this also makes the Pulse comfortably efficient but not slow by any means. Neither the dark display with its lame response times, nor USB 2.0 or the lack of Thunderbolt will please real gamers. The use of a sticker factory seal, which is at least questionable, also won't inspire any enthusiasm. It is obvious that the laptop is really designed for price-conscious gamers."
