If your priority is a laptop that isn't too heavy on the wallet and you're okay with good enough performance for general use, the HP 15" Laptop is a sensible choice, although it has a larger screen, it's less portable and has a shorter battery life compared to the alternative. The MSI Summit E13 Flip Evo, on the other hand, offers better performance for more demanding tasks like 3D rendering or engineering work, greater portability owing to its smaller size and lighter weight, a higher-resolution touchscreen, and significantly longer battery life, but this comes at a higher price. The MSI is more suited for professional business use whereas the HP can handle everyday tasks well. Give Feedback

The MSI Summit E13 Flip Evo has a better screen than the HP 15" Laptop for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
The HP 15" Laptop's screen may suffice for browsing and video streaming, but its average resolution and brightness might limit the vibrancy for professional design work, and its lower refresh rate could detract from the immersive experience required for 3D gaming. The MSI Summit's better resolution and brightness provide sharper and richer visuals for both everyday and professional tasks, enhancing the precision needed for engineering and design with its wider color gamut. However, like the HP, it falls short for 3D gaming due to a refresh rate that doesn't match the high fluidity demanded by modern games.

Although they have very similar scores, PerfectRec considers MSI Summit E13 Flip Evo to be only fair for gaming and AI, while the HP 15" Laptop is poor.
The HP 15" Laptop's graphics capabilities for gaming and 3D tasks are limited due to its basic integrated GPU and lower screen refresh rate of 60 Hz, which is also the case with the MSI Summit E13 Flip Evo; however, the MSI has a more powerful CPU and higher-quality screen which could improve the experience to some extent within the constraints of their similar GPUs and refresh rates.

How the HP 15" Laptop and the MSI Summit E13 Flip Evo compare to other laptops
"Chances are high that the HP 15 is one of the first laptops to pop up when you search for an inexpensive notebook. Indeed, its price tag is very tempting for many, and of course, this is the reason for its popularity. However, the HP 15" suffers from poor performance due to low power consumption. On the bright side, one of the good things about it is the port selection. On the inside, this includes two SODIMM slots for memory, an M.2 PCIe x4 slot for storage, and a SATA drive bay. However, the TN panel, and mediocre input devices are not ideal."
"MSI wants to prove that it can do more than just gaming laptops and the Summit E13 Flip is a great example of what the manufacturer is capable of especially in terms of aesthetics and performance. Normally for subnotebooks or convertibles, TDP and performance are often below average as makers want to meet slimmer designs and lower weight targets. The Summit manages to outperform others in its size class and category while still looking sleek and portable in the process. If you want a convertible that won't throttle significantly when under load, then this MSI will be one of the better options you can find."
