If budget is a major concern and you plan on using your laptop for everyday tasks like browsing, streaming, and basic productivity, the Lenovo IdeaPad is a wallet-friendly option. However, if you require more power for activities such as photo editing, running multiple apps simultaneously, or quicker data processing, the HP 15" Laptop, despite being more costly, will offer better performance. The HP typically also provides more robust build quality and superior display resolution. Keep in mind though, the larger size of the HP can make it less convenient for travel compared to the more compact Lenovo IdeaPad. Give Feedback

The HP 15" Laptop has a better screen than the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 14" for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
The HP 15" Laptop offers a balance of resolution and brightness suitable for daily tasks and some design work, but gamers may find the screen lacking due to its refresh rate limitations and potential lack of vibrancy for immersive experiences. On the other hand, the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 14" falls short across various uses due to a dimmer, lower resolution display, making it less ideal for both general use and the precise color requirements of professional engineering applications. Besides, both laptops may not satisfy 3D users or gamers because they might not provide the high refresh rates needed for fluid motion and fast-paced visuals.

How the HP 15" Laptop and the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 14" compare to other laptops
"Chances are high that the HP 15 is one of the first laptops to pop up when you search for an inexpensive notebook. Indeed, its price tag is very tempting for many, and of course, this is the reason for its popularity. However, the HP 15" suffers from poor performance due to low power consumption. On the bright side, one of the good things about it is the port selection. On the inside, this includes two SODIMM slots for memory, an M.2 PCIe x4 slot for storage, and a SATA drive bay. However, the TN panel, and mediocre input devices are not ideal."
"The IdeaPad 1 14 is a simple machine, but it’s well-designed and has nearly everything you’d expect from a no-nonsense laptop that allows you to check emails and get schoolwork or other light tasks done with relative ease. A "true" 128GB SSD (as opposed to an eMMC drive) and a roomy 14-inch full HD display are arguably the star attractions, with the comfortable keyboard and reasonably modern styling playing important backup roles."
