If you're considering the Framework Laptop 13 (2023) over the HP Victus 15 and cost is a significant factor, it's important to know that the Framework model is designed to be repairable and highly customizable which may justify its higher price point. In contrast, the HP Victus 15 offers better graphics performance with its dedicated Nvidia graphics card, which could be more suitable for gaming or graphic-intensive applications. However, the Framework Laptop is lighter and more portable, making it a better option for those who travel frequently or prefer a lighter device. Consider the Framework laptop if longevity and repairability are your main concerns, and the HP Victus if you prioritize gaming or graphic performance at a more affordable price. Give Feedback

How the Framework Laptop 13 (2023) and the HP Victus 15 compare to other laptops
"If you’re thinking of investing in your first Framework, now is the time. The kinks and rough edges have all been smoothed out and this is a very nice machine with a bright, upgradable future. The only reason I can think of to wait is the AMD model, which I’ll be sure to test as soon as I can get my hands on one."
Olivier Martin, Ryan Lim, and Yannick Khong | March 2023
"The HP Victus 15 is great for gaming. It's available with Intel 12th Gen. CPUs and NVIDIA discrete graphics, which are powerful enough to provide a smooth gaming experience in demanding AAA titles at 1080p. It has a nice keyboard and a fast SSD, as well as Wi-Fi 6 and Ethernet connectivity for low-latency online gaming. Unfortunately, its 144Hz display has a slow response time causing noticeable ghosting, and it doesn't support variable refresh rate to reduce screen tearing."
