If you prioritize versatility and ease of transport, the Dell Latitude 5330 2-in-1 is an excellent choice due to its convertible design and lighter weight; however, if your activities involve gaming, 3D rendering, or heavy computational tasks, the HP Victus 15, despite being heavier and possibly more costly, offers superior performance suited for these demands. The Dell's battery will likely last longer, catering to users who need to work on the go, whereas the HP's higher performance may lead to quicker battery drainage. Choose the Dell for business travel and general use, or the HP for performance-heavy applications. Give Feedback

The Dell Latitude 5330 has a better screen than the HP Victus 15 for software development, while the HP Victus 15 has a better screen for general use, gaming and AI, and engineering and design.
The Dell Latitude 5330, with its 2-in-1 flexibility, may be appreciated for general use due to its fair resolution and acceptable brightness, but its limitations in color coverage make it less suitable for engineering and design work. Despite being fair for general purposes, the HP Victus 15's high brightness and decent resolution make it a solid choice for day-to-day tasks, but like the Dell, it may not fully satisfy the color precision needs of professionals in engineering and design. Both laptops fall short for gaming and 3D applications because they don't offer high refresh rates, which are critical for smooth visuals in fast-paced scenarios, although their reasonable resolution and panel types are adequate for less demanding visual tasks.

How the Dell Latitude 5330 2-in-1 and the HP Victus 15 compare to other laptops
Olivier Martin, Ryan Lim, and Yannick Khong | March 2023
"The HP Victus 15 is great for gaming. It's available with Intel 12th Gen. CPUs and NVIDIA discrete graphics, which are powerful enough to provide a smooth gaming experience in demanding AAA titles at 1080p. It has a nice keyboard and a fast SSD, as well as Wi-Fi 6 and Ethernet connectivity for low-latency online gaming. Unfortunately, its 144Hz display has a slow response time causing noticeable ghosting, and it doesn't support variable refresh rate to reduce screen tearing."
