The ASUS ZenBook Pro Duo 15 offers high performance with advanced features like an OLED screen and powerful components suitable for intensive engineering tasks, 3D, machine learning, and gaming. Its dual-screen design can improve productivity but adds to its weight, making it less portable. Conversely, the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" is more affordable and lightweight, ideal for general use and suited for users who prioritize portability and battery life over cutting-edge performance. However, it may not handle demanding applications as efficiently as the ASUS. Choose the ASUS for top-tier performance and features, or the Lenovo for basic tasks, mobility, and cost savings. The ASUS ZenBook Pro Duo 15 is very good for general use, while the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" is good.
The ASUS ZenBook Pro Duo 15 is equipped with a high-performance CPU and GPU, ample RAM, superior OLED screen resolution, and touch capability, making it well-suited for intensive tasks and offering better overall screen quality, but with less portability and battery life compared to the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15". The IdeaPad, while having modest performance specs, offers greater portability and longer battery life but has a lower screen resolution and less powerful integrated graphics, making it adequate for general use but less so for demanding applications.

The ASUS ZenBook Pro Duo 15 is good for gaming and AI, while the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" is only fair.
The ASUS ZenBook Pro Duo 15 excels in gaming and 3D tasks due to its powerful RTX 3070 Ti GPU and high-quality OLED screen, although it has an average screen refresh rate. In comparison, the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" with its integrated Vega 8 graphics and lower-quality IPS screen provides a fair experience, suitable for less demanding gaming and 3D applications.

The ASUS ZenBook Pro Duo 15 is excellent for engineering and design, while the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" is only fair.
The ASUS ZenBook Pro Duo 15 outshines the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" for engineering and design use owing to its superior CPU (Intel i9 vs. AMD Ryzen 7), greater RAM capacity, high-end dedicated GPU (Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti), and exceptional OLED screen quality with higher resolution and better color coverage. While the Lenovo IdeaPad is more portable due to its lighter weight and longer battery life, its integrated GPU, standard IPS display, and lower screen resolution don't match the ASUS's performance for demanding engineering applications and design work that rely heavily on processing power, memory, and visual fidelity.

The ASUS Zenbook Pro Duo 15 has a better screen than the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
For general activities, the ASUS ZenBook Pro Duo 15 stands out due to its high-resolution display providing sharp and vibrant visuals, enhanced by its bright panel, making text and images crisp and colorful, which is less pronounced on the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" with its adequate but less impressive display. In the realm of engineering and design, the ASUS’s superior color gamut coverage ensures accurate color representation crucial for detailed work, a feature that the Lenovo cannot match as effectively due to its more limited color range. However, for gaming and 3D applications, the lower refresh rate on both laptops may hinder the experience, with the ASUS falling behind despite its high quality in other areas, and the Lenovo similarly struggling to deliver the fluid motion that dedicated gaming laptops provide.

"Benchmarks aside, the Asus ZenBook Pro Duo is hard to compare with other PCs. Its closest competition may be a multi-monitor desktop, or a laptop with an attached travel monitor. The Pro Duo is more portable and versatile than either of those options, especially with the software tools Asus has thrown on top. For a certain niche of artists, media creators, and gamers, all that might add up to something special, even if it’s unattainable for the rest of us."
"The Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" is affordable and pretty efficient. At the end of the day, the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 (15″, 2023) is one of the better affordable laptops money can buy right now. It has a decent performance, albeit coming from a CPU that is based on old architecture. Playing low-intensity games is possible but at low to medium settings. We are really happy with the cooling setup, but the main event here is the battery life. We got 9 hours of either Web browsing or video playback, which is a great result. Especially if you compare this device with the ASUS E410."
