The ASUS Zenbook 13 offers portability and long battery life at a more affordable price, making it suitable for general use and everyday tasks. Its OLED screen offers vibrant colors, which is great for media consumption but has less power for intensive tasks. On the other hand, the Gigabyte Aorus 17H, while more expensive and less portable, boasts a powerful processor, high-end graphics, and more RAM and storage which make it excellent for gaming, 3D rendering, and engineering software. The tradeoff with the Aorus 17H is its heavier weight and shorter battery life compared to the lightweight and long-lasting Zenbook 13. Give Feedback

The Gigabyte Aorus 17H is very good for gaming and AI, while the ASUS Zenbook 13 is only fair.
The Gigabyte Aorus 17H offers a superior gaming and 3D experience, with a high refresh rate screen and a powerful Nvidia graphics card, while the ASUS Zenbook 13, although having an OLED screen for quality visuals, falls short in gaming due to its integrated graphics and lower screen refresh rate. The Aorus 17H's combination of a higher refresh rate and a dedicated gaming-grade GPU constitutes a pivotal advantage for fluid, high-frame-rate gaming compared to the Zenbook's more modest capabilities.

The Gigabyte Aorus 17H is very good for engineering and design, while the ASUS Zenbook 13 is good.
The ASUS Zenbook 13's lower RAM and integrated graphics may limit performance for demanding engineering and design tasks compared to the Gigabyte Aorus 17H, which offers greater memory, a dedicated high-end GPU, and a larger screen. While the Zenbook 13 is lighter and boasts exceptional portability, the Aorus 17H's superior hardware capabilities may justify its reduced portability for users with more intensive computing needs.

The ASUS Zenbook 13 has a better screen than the Gigabyte Aorus 17H for general use, and engineering and design, while the Gigabyte Aorus 17H has a better screen for gaming and AI, content creation, and software development.
The ASUS Zenbook 13 likely offers a high-resolution display with excellent brightness and color accuracy, which makes it suitable for general use and engineering tasks where detail and color range are crucial. However, the lower refresh rate might be the reason for it falling short for gaming and 3D applications, where smoother motion is a priority. The Gigabyte Aorus 17H, also providing a good resolution and decent brightness, probably has a slightly narrower color gamut which makes it slightly less ideal for professional design work compared to the Zenbook but still serviceable, and similarly, it may not have the high refresh rate desired by 3D applications and gamers.

The Gigabyte Aorus 17H and ASUS Zenbook 13 are both good for general use.
The ASUS Zenbook 13 is favored for general use due to its OLED screen with superior colors, high portability with less weight, and a longer battery life, while the Gigabyte Aorus 17H, though it has a better CPU and double the RAM for more demanding tasks, is less portable because of its larger size and heavier weight, and also offers a reduced battery life. The Zenbook 13 prioritizes a balance between performance and mobility, whereas the Aorus 17H focuses on high performance at the expense of portability and battery efficiency.

How the ASUS Zenbook 13 and the Gigabyte Aorus 17H compare to other laptops
"The Asus ZenBook 13 is a compact 13-inch laptop with a fast Ryzen 7 5800U and OLED display. The subnotebook is also light and the modern design is convincing. The selection of high-quality materials make the device not only light, but also very stable. In addition, the visuals and haptics of the device offers a high-quality impression. The AMD Ryzen 7 5800U is a very good fit for the ZenBook 13, ensuring a high performance in the test. However, in terms of the 3D performance, we also notice that the Vega architecture is beginning to hit its limits."
"Overall though, it’s *lots of swearing* fast, seriously. For work, rendering, gaming, it doesn’t matter, this is a true weapon of performance that’s going to run rings around most high-end desktop systems. If you absolutely have to game at ultra-high refresh rates on the go (but within thinking distance of a plug socket), this is the ticket. I can’t see such an extreme being that appealing to everyone, but if you take your gaming seriously, or even professionally, there’s nothing else out there that comes close that you can still fit in your backpack and travel with."
