The ASUS Zenbook 13 offers lower weight and longer battery life, making it better for portability, but with a standard 1080p non-touchscreen and less robust GPU it's less suited for heavy graphics work. The ASUS Zenbook 14X OLED has a higher resolution and touch-enabled display, better for creative or engineering work, and a screen with higher refresh rate, but at a tradeoff of being heavier and having shorter battery life. If you prioritize portability and battery for general use, go for the Zenbook 13. If you need a better display and more powerful performance for tasks like 3D modeling or graphic design, consider the Zenbook 14X OLED instead. Give Feedback

NotebookCheck

Sebastian Bade | May 2021
"The Asus ZenBook 13 is a compact 13-inch laptop with a fast Ryzen 7 5800U and OLED display. The subnotebook is also light and the modern design is convincing. The selection of high-quality materials make the device not only light, but also very stable. In addition, the visuals and haptics of the device offers a high-quality impression. The AMD Ryzen 7 5800U is a very good fit for the ZenBook 13, ensuring a high performance in the test. However, in terms of the 3D performance, we also notice that the Vega architecture is beginning to hit its limits."

PCMag

Matthew Buzzi | September 2023
"While one of the more budget-friendly configurations of the Asus Zenbook 14X OLED may make a compelling case as a top value pick, it’s difficult to be disappointed with the more expensive model we reviewed here. At its core, for all models, it’s a luxury-built laptop with extreme portability and a gorgeous OLED display. Our unit rocks with a snappy Core i9 processor for getting real work done, and the discrete GPU—even if it has a clear power ceiling—is a bonus for creative pros."
