If budget and portability are your primary concerns, the ASUS Vivobook 16X could be a suitable option for you as it is less expensive and more portable; however, it offers a smaller screen size. If you prefer more power for gaming, 3D rendering, or engineering software, the MSI Vector GP76 could be a better fit due to its higher performance capabilities and larger screen, but keep in mind it comes at a higher price point and is heavier, which makes it less portable. The MSI also has a faster screen refresh rate that can be beneficial for fast-motion tasks like gaming. Both laptops have a decent battery life for general use, yet they may not last an entire day without needing a recharge. Give Feedback

Tech Critter

Kok Kee | February 2023
"I think the ASUS Vivobook 16X is fantastic. Great performance, decent battery life, good keyboard and trackpad, and a massive screen – just that the screen quality itself is kinda subpar. If you’re okay with the screen, then I think this is an okay laptop. However, I’d like to see a price drop."

NotebookCheck

Marvin Gollor | May 2022
"The MSI Vector GP76 12UGS is a gaming laptop on speed. The advantages are clear: The Vector GP76 is a real gamer with its 360 Hz display and super-fast response times. In addition, the Core i7-12700H has double the power of the CPU in its predecessor and another highlight is the Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti with a real power consumption of 150 watts. This places the device in the top range of our database. The Vector can also operate rather quietly, offers a full sound range, improved battery runtimes, a key-configurable RGB keyboard, a very stable chassis and good upgrade options. Moreover, the display produces a nice, rich and clear picture."
