The ASUS Vivobook 16X is generally more affordable and offers a decent balance for everyday use and some gaming; it's lighter and thus more portable but with shorter battery life. Conversely, the MSI Raider GE76 is pricier with superior performance for demanding tasks like 3D rendering or machine learning and comes with a larger and faster display, better for gaming and intensive engineering use, but it's heavier and less portable. Consider the ASUS if you prioritize portability and value, or the MSI if performance and high-end gaming are crucial despite higher cost and less portability. Give Feedback

The MSI Raider GE76 has a better screen than the ASUS Vivobook 16X for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
For general use, a laptop like the ASUS Vivobook 16X is appreciated for its high-resolution display and vibrant colors, making for clear viewing of documents and websites, while the MSI Raider GE76 offers similar benefits with potentially better brightness, enhancing visibility in well-lit conditions. In engineering and design work, color accuracy is crucial, and both laptops deliver with wide color gamuts, although the MSI Raider GE76 might offer a slight edge in fidelity. However, for gaming and 3D applications, the ASUS Vivobook 16X and MSI Raider GE76 fall short due to their lower refresh rates, which can affect the smoothness of motion and responsiveness in fast-paced visual content.

"I think the ASUS Vivobook 16X is fantastic. Great performance, decent battery life, good keyboard and trackpad, and a massive screen – just that the screen quality itself is kinda subpar. If you’re okay with the screen, then I think this is an okay laptop. However, I’d like to see a price drop."
"The MSI Raider GE76: with Alder Lake and RTX 3080 Ti to gaming heaven. Yes, MSI could improve some aspects (like the quality of the webcam), but the manufacturer offers a very convincing and balanced overall package. The biggest advantage is definitely the immense performance potential. The combination of Core i9-12900HK, GeForce RTX 3080 Ti, 32 GB DDR5 RAM and two NVMe SSDs offers a lot of performance for the next couple of years and plenty of power for 3D applications. Most titles would run smoothly on an external 4K screen no matter the quality preset. We came away impressed with the integrated 360 Hz panel's fast response times and good color accuracy."
