The ASUS TUF Gaming F15 is significantly less expensive and offers good general, 3D, and engineering performance with decent heat management and a midrange weight, making it suitable for gaming and various intensive tasks without breaking the bank. However, the Razer Blade 18 packs a more powerful processor, double the RAM, and a higher resolution display with a taller screen aspect ratio, promising superior performance and sharper visuals for demanding engineering tasks and gaming. It also has a slightly larger battery and a higher-quality build, but it's more expensive and heavier, making it less portable. Both have similar storage capacity, but keep in mind the Razer's steep price and increased heft if portability and budget are concerns. Give Feedback

NotebookCheck

Allen Ngo | March 2022
"Aside from all the chassis updates, the new TUF Gaming is most notable for its much higher TGP target of 140 W compared to only 95 W on the previous generation. PC makers everywhere are using the same GeForce GPUs this year since Nvidia has yet to launch the successor to the mobile RTX 3000 series. The more demanding processors of the new TUF Gaming has directly impacted battery life and the size of the AC adapter. Don't expect runtimes to be longer than on the previous generation under most conditions and be prepared to carry around an even larger AC adapter than before."

PCMag

Matthew Buzzi | March 2023
"Razer made a powerful laptop in the Blade 18, showing off a beautiful and fast display and the same high-quality build we’ve come to expect from this product line. It’s also quite expensive, which is hardly a surprise, but bears repeating even in this price range. It’s pricier than the Scar 18 despite an inferior GPU and half the storage, so you really have to want the Blade 18’s design to justify the cost."
