The ASUS TUF Gaming A16 is better suited for gaming applications with its AMD RX 7600S GPU and slightly longer battery life. It has more USB-C ports and upgrade options for RAM and storage. In contrast, the Lenovo IdeaPad 5 Pro, equipped with an Nvidia RTX 3050 GPU, has better screen resolution, a lighter overall weight, and includes both a fingerprint reader and facial recognition for security. It's more suited to engineering and general use given its higher portability and screen quality. Both are similarly priced, feature 16GB RAM, and have similar general use and engineering performance scores. Choose ASUS for gaming and upgrade potential, or Lenovo for a high-resolution display and enhanced portability. Give Feedback

How the ASUS TUF Gaming A16 and the Lenovo IdeaPad 5 Pro compare to other laptops
"The A16 makes an excellent case against more expensive laptops like the Asus ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 and the MSI Katana GF76, especially if you’re into 1080p gaming. However, although its affordable, it doesn’t skimp on performance or a robust chassis. But for me, the biggest factor that sets it apart from these options is its incredible battery life. In my time reviewing laptops, I can’t remember when I last saw a gaming laptop lasted 11 and a half hours on a single charge, which makes the A16, in my book, truly outstanding."
"The Lenovo IdeaPad 5 Pro turns out a successful all-rounder that, aside from 3D applications, always strikes a good or very good figure. This begins with the elegant metal case that isn't particularly light but fairly robust, giving a high-quality impression. The input devices are also better than those of many competitors. Both the keyboard and the touchpad are attractive and comfortable. In addition, the performance of the Ryzen 5 6600HS is easily able to keep up with the Intel competitors."
