The ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 is slightly less expensive than the Lenovo Legion 5 Pro and offers an Intel i9 processor, which may lead to better performance in certain tasks. It's also lighter and thinner, which enhances portability, while the battery capacity is slightly larger, possibly providing better battery life. On the other hand, the Legion 5 Pro, despite being a bit more expensive and heavier, offers an AMD Ryzen 7 processor, and both laptops share the same GPU, indicating comparable graphics performance. The choice depends on whether you prefer a potentially faster CPU and lighter design or are willing to invest in the different processor brand and slightly less portability that comes with the Legion. Both are suitable for intensive gaming and engineering tasks and have similar storage, RAM, and screen characteristics. Give Feedback

The ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 has a better screen than the Lenovo Legion Pro 5 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, and content creation.
The ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 and Lenovo Legion Pro 5 both have panels with high resolution and brightness, which ensures crisp, clear images and easy visibility in various lighting conditions, making them excellent for general use. For engineering and design, these laptops offer wide color gamuts, providing accurate color representation crucial for detailed and color-sensitive work. However, their lower refresh rates, while not impacting general use and design tasks, can result in less smooth visuals during fast-paced 3D gaming, where high refresh rates are essential for an immersive experience.

How the ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 and the Lenovo Legion Pro 5 compare to other laptops
"The ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 is not yet as optimised as its predecessor. Compared to the previous gen, performance and efficiency have improved significantly. What's more, the wonderful, Mini-LED Nebula display is a contender for the main highlight and almost manages to put the CPU and GPU in the shade. We already found its predecessor to be a well-rounded and well-optimised gaming machine. Generally, but not unequivocally, that also applies to the new Asus M16. Similar to most of the current, new laptops, we are dealing with a double generational leap in terms of the CPU and GPU. However, this change doesn't always run smoothly."
"It doesn't quite match its Legion Pro 7i sibling as an Editors' Choice winner, but Lenovo's AMD-powered Legion Pro 5 Gen 8 is a stylish, well-built gaming laptop with solid performance at both 1080p and its sharper native resolution. It's cheaper than some comparably equipped machines and better than some similarly priced ones. That's a recipe for success, even without its frequent availability of discounts or sales. A brighter screen and longer battery life would be nice, but even as is the Legion Pro 5 earns a solid recommendation."
